La celiachia è una patologia cronica legata al glutine; chi ne è afflitto deve evitare una serie di alimenti, ma per fortuna sono molti quelli compatibili e assai gustosi, come le meringhe. In questo laboratorio imparerete proprio a preparare una meringa, usando attrezzature professionali e scoprendo alcune delle straordinarie proprietà delle proteine che compongono l'albume dell'uovo. Ci sarà anche tempo per parlare dell'importanza della cucina circolare per combattere lo spreco alimentare e di molte altre buone abitudini che si possono adottare in cucina per limitare i consumi e, di conseguenza, l'impatto ambientale. Ma non preoccupatevi: il tempo per assaggiare la vostra meringa, a cottura ultimata, non vi mancherà certo!
